Summer Bridge Program
Rising 1st & 2nd Graders
Ages 6-8
June 6th- June 29th
Classes offered weekly, *$230
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30-1:30pm
Bring a lunch, water bottle and snacks
*All class materials included
Class size is limited
If your child is also signed up for Keystone's Summer on the Farm, your child can "drop-in" to this class on Tues, Wed. & Th from 9:30am-11:30am for $150 a week.
Your child is invited to join our Certified Academic Language Therapists, Ms. Jenny and Ms. Hannah each morning for a multi-sensory learning experience filled with fun, and intentionally directed learning. Our Bridge Program is an individualized program, that meets each child at their own skill level. Students will spend one-on-one time with our CALTs practicing fluency skills daily.
All students and parents will expect to see work and progress in the following areas:

Summer Bridge Program
Rising 5th & 6th Graders
Ages 10-12
July 11th- July 27th
Class is offered as a 3-week course, $450
Tues. & Thursday, 9:30am-12:30pm

As your child continues to learn and grow, it is important to increase the academic demand to meet their need, (yes, even in the summer). This three week course for children ages ten to twelve offers the skills and practice necessary
for your child to begin the fall semester with confidence. In this class, each student will be tasked with finding a chapter book to read over the three week course. With guidance, they will: choose a book they can read independently, determine at what pace should the book be read (how many pages do I need to read each day in order to meet the class' expectation?), do vocabulary searches on unfamiliar words in the text, and they will be asked to write weekly summaries on their reading. In addition to these skills, students will spend time on handwriting, *writing structure on a chrome book, spelling practice, and grammar review. It is important to note in a class with a range of ages that each child's academics will be attended to individually.
